We keep it simple – no returns (because snacks don’t like travelling back 😅).

But hey, your happiness matters! If your pack ever reaches you spoilt, damaged, or not-so-crunchy, just send us a quick video of the pack as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll crunch the issue and get back with a fix (replacement or resolution) faster than you can say BroChips!
